PureSana Salon CEO and Master Stylist, Lee Brown, launched his professional cosmetology career in 2002. In 2009, Lee moved to Aveda where he dramatically advanced his capabilities; eventually earning the highly coveted Master Stylist designation. A strong advocate for healthy earth and body balances, Lee incorporates these principles into his clients’ overall hair health regimens and we all marvel at the results. Lee is an innovative and broadly experienced beauty expert with an extensive portfolio of discriminating clients. His artistic vision allows him to produce unique styles and colors that are easy to style yet dramatic and fashionable. Lee is well known and widely respected, within the beauty industry, for his precision haircuts and signature looks. In addition to his extraordinary client work, Lee is also the General Manager of PureSana salon. In this capacity, Lee is responsible for all operations of the PureSana Salon.

A graduate of the Ogle School of Cosmetology, Master Stylist Mikey Massaro began his career with Toni & Guy in 2003. He soon advanced to become a level 3 stylist and, eventually, to the position of art designer and salon educator for the salon. Mikey has wide-ranging experience across all hair types but specializes in color and precision hair cutting. His work has earned him numerous awards and garnered him extensive recognition within our industry. Mikey focuses on overall hair health and works with his clients to help them maintain a sense of well-being. When not working, Mikey enjoys live music, nights at the rodeo, baseball and spending time with his children.

Managing Partner, Heather Permenter, oversees all salon operations. With more than 20 years of experience in hairdressing, she began her journey in theatre, independent films, and commercials, mastering both hair and makeup. Her passion for color and client connections flourished during her schooling, driving her to excel in making clients feel their best. Now, she’s excited to build a team that shares her dedication to clients and enthusiasm for this remarkable industry.

Managing Partner and Master Stylist, Daniel Permenter, brings more than 20 years of expertise to the salon, with 15 of those dedicated to serving the Fort Worth community. Daniel excels in creating natural and lived-in colors for blondes and brunettes, as well as delivering exceptional haircuts. Passionate about education, he shares his extensive knowledge with both colleagues and clients. When not at the salon or pursuing his law degree, Daniel enjoys playing hockey and cherishing time with his family, including his two children and beautiful wife.

With over a decade of experience behind the chair, Britney Tarpley has mastered every aspect of haircare. As a Redken-certified stylist and curly hair specialist, she brings expert knowledge of texture, tone, and technique to each service she provides. Her greatest passion is color—particularly the art of corrective color transformations. Britney is dedicated to staying at the forefront of industry trends and innovation, continually advancing her skills to offer modern, tailored results. She believes healthy hair is the cornerstone of any stunning style and is committed to excellence in every detail. Her goal is simple: for every guest to leave her chair feeling confident, radiant, and genuinely cared for.

Rachel enjoys providing a relaxing salon experience while creating the perfect environment for her clients.
